Banners & Signs

At Mindful Healing Expos, you may NOT attach any banner, signs or posters to any wall due to event regulations. Please plan accordingly.

Tables & Chairs

Booths 6x8 or smaller you MUST bring your own table.
Booths 8x8 or larger will come with either 1-6ft table or 1-8ft table, depending on venue.
Corner booths 8x8 or larger will come either with 2-6ft tables or 2-8ft tables, depending on venue.
All booths will come with 3 chairs.

Lectures

Each lecture spot is for 45 minutes. This is a great place to present/promote your business or craft. Please reserve the day and time you wish to speak.

You must indicate what equipment you will need for your lecture as we need to reserve it 2 weeks prior to the expo. Some of the equipment is not available at all the locations. It is best to bring these items yourself if you need them.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the vendor to supply all needed connections to the AV equipment. AV equipment is not available at all venues. It is the responsibility of the vendor to reserve AV if it is available as soon as possible.

Vendor Terms & Conditions

By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please make sure you read this section carefully and understand the terms of conditions outlined herein.

Mindful Healing Expo does not permit the registration of vendor booths doing any type of Aura Photography/Chakra. If a booth is purchased for these purposes, Mindful Healing Expos will ask you to stop using any equipment that counts as aura photography/chakra reports.

If you are a red light therapy exhibit at Mindful Healing Expos you are required to obtain general and professional liability insurance and ensure your red light therapy device is FDA-compliant. Your insurance must cover equipment malfunctions, property damage, and from making improper medical claims.

Exhibiting Space:

This is a spiritual/healing expo so we ask that you remember to always be kind to each other.

  • Set Up and Show Times: Set up times vary by expo and will be sent in your confirmation email.
  • Show management reserves the right to change or move booth locations if deemed necessary.
  • Marketed Goods & Services: All products, equipment, or services sold or marketed during the expo must include clear pricing.
  • Designated Reader booths may not sell products. No reader booth may have more than one reader and one worker at a time.
  • No food or food samples shall be given away or sold unless approved by Promoter.
  • Mindful Healing Expos reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company brand, or service.
  • Booth Provisions: Promoter will provide a booth space according to your purchase including a banquet table and chairs.
  • All sales must be done within your booth. Vendors may not walk around soliciting customers.
  • If you require electricity for your booth, it must be purchased when buying your booth.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the Exhibit Hall. Candles, incense, sage or flames are prohibited.
  • If you are a body worker of any kind, clients must keep their clothes on at all times.
  • ONLY SERVICE DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT SHOWS.
  • Prepayment of Fees: Booth may be purchased with 50% deposit, remainder due 30 days before the show.
  • Important Note: All booth sales are final. No refunds if exhibitor cancels.
  • If a transfer to another show is approved, a $50 admin fee may apply.
  • No credit will be available within 10 days of the show.
  • No refunds for booth purchases. All sales are final.
  • Exhibit Space: Booth must remain staffed during expo hours. Early teardown may prevent future participation.
  • Consequences of Violations: Breach of contract may result in immediate removal from the expo.
  • Security and Liability: Mindful Healing Expos is not liable for lost or stolen property.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for insurance covering damages, injuries, or claims.
  • Risk of Loss: If the expo is canceled due to uncontrollable events, exhibitors bear the loss.
