2. Eligibility

3. Event Registration
Visitors may register for available events by purchasing tickets through the website.
Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
4. Vendor Booth Reservations
Vendor booth reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submitting a booth application does not guarantee booth approval or placement until payment is received and confirmed.
Mindful Healing Expos reserves the right to approve, reject, or relocate booth assignments based on event requirements.
5. Booth Assignments
Booth locations displayed on the event floor plan are subject to availability.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust booth assignments when necessary due to operational, safety, or event management considerations.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
- Provide accurate business information.
- Maintain a professional booth presentation.
- Comply with venue regulations.
- Operate in accordance with applicable laws.
- Conduct business respectfully with attendees and other vendors.
- Obtain any licenses or permits required for their products or services.
Mindful Healing Expos reserves the right to remove vendors who violate event rules or applicable laws.
7. Volunteer Registration
Volunteer applications are reviewed individually.
Submission of an application does not guarantee volunteer acceptance.
Accepted volunteers will receive additional instructions before the event.
8. Ticket Purchases
Tickets are issued electronically unless otherwise stated.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their registration details.
9. Payments
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Ticket and booth cancellations are subject to the refund policy published for the applicable event.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
Service fees and payment processing charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees and vendors will be notified regarding available refund or rescheduling options.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including text, graphics, logos, event materials, photographs, videos, designs, trademarks, and software—is owned by Mindful Healing Expos and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission.
12. User Conduct

13. Limitation of Liability

By attending an event, attendees, vendors, and volunteers acknowledge that participation is voluntary and assume the inherent risks associated with public gatherings. Participants agree to follow venue rules and any health or safety guidelines provided by the organizers.
15. Third-Party Services
The website may integrate third-party services for payments, email communications, analytics, mapping, or social media.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Mindful Healing Expos operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
